XIAO YANG Interactive Ball Throwing Robot
AK Student Maker
With a webcam and a DIY Raspberry Pi tablet, players can use an app to control the ball tube and aim at the 3 by 3 grid board. The square being hit will change its LED color, and the robot will give cheers to show that balls are accurately thrown at the target square. Players have to use the tablet to control the ball throwing robot and aim at the 3 by 3 grid board. Those who can make two lines on the board within 12 shots will get a gift until all are given out.
The piece of work is designed with the use of the techniques of mechtronics by students who took the course of Life Science and Technology in An Kang Senior High School, Taiwan.
